Since it's a new year and I'm at a new school, time for a new blog.
I've already zeroed in on several goals which I'd like to accomplish.
#1. Lift for 30 minutes on Monday .. followed by protein. Progress: I have my free weights coming soon, so that goal I'll be able to start up next week.
#2. Incorporate more organic foods into my diet. Progress: Right now I have 2% organic milk (drank Monday) and a 6 pack of greek yogurt. both are going fine but probably need replacing in a couple weeks.
#3. Stay away from sweets, sodas, fast food and candy. Progress: despite a couple of the oatmeal/choc chip cookies I've been junk food free.
two more lose goals are to try to build up some weight and get back to at least my current weight of 135.
and the second goal to be running regularly (2x per week) by the end of January.
